Consultations

Let’s start with a conversation. This free call gives you the chance to ask questions, share your concerns, and learn more about how we can help. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule a comprehensive Speech-Language evaluation at a time and location that works for you.

Comprehensive Evaluation

We’ll complete a full assessment of your child’s speech and language skills using a mix of standardized testing, play-based observation, and caregiver input. Afterward, you’ll receive a clear, written report outlining your child’s strengths, needs, and personalized recommendations for therapy.

Our Approach to Speech-Language Therapy

Child-Centered & Play-Based
We meet children where they are—using play, movement, and meaningful interactions to make learning fun and engaging.

Neurodiverse-Affirming
We honor and support your child’s unique way of thinking, communicating, and experiencing the world. Therapy isn’t about “fixing”—it’s about empowering.

Whole-Child Focused
We look at the big picture—your child’s emotions, environment, relationships, and personality—not just isolated speech goals.

Family Partnership
We value your insight and involvement. You’ll always know what we’re working on, and you’ll be equipped with tools to support your child beyond the therapy room.

Start Therapy

Therapy sessions begin at a location that works best for your family—either in your home or in a quiet, child-friendly community space such as a library meeting room. Sessions are typically 30–60 minutes, 1–2 times per week, depending on your child’s goals and what feels manageable for your family. We’ll work together to find the right rhythm and plan.

Throughout the process, we’ll communicate often, celebrate wins, and adjust our approach as needed—because growth happens best when we’re working as a team.

Family Involvement

You know your child best! We’ll partner with you to make sure skills learned in therapy carry over into everyday routines. You’ll receive practical strategies to support your child at home and in daily life.

Speech and Language Therapy Tailored to Your Child’s Needs

At Little Speech Blessings LLC, we support children with a wide range of communication needs. Our therapy is always individualized, strengths-based, and grounded in a whole-child approach. We focus not only on helping children improve their communication skills—but also on building confidence, connection, and joy in the process.

We offer support in the following areas:

Early Language Development & Therapy for Toddlers and Preschoolers

Laying the foundation for confident communication—right from the start.

The early years are full of wonder, curiosity, and growth—and that includes the way children begin to understand and use language. From first words to full thoughts, children between the ages of 1 and 5 are learning how to connect with the people and world around them. But sometimes, those early steps in communication can feel harder than expected—and that’s where we come in.

At Little Speech Blessings LLC, we support toddlers and preschoolers who may be:

  • Late to talk or using fewer words than expected for their age

  • Struggling to follow directions or understand basic questions

  • Having difficulty combining words into short phrases or sentences

  • Relying on gestures or getting frustrated instead of using words

  • Hard to understand—even to familiar listeners

  • Showing signs of developmental differences or delays

Our approach is child-led when appropriate and always grounded in a whole-child philosophy—we meet each child right where they are. Sessions are play-based and filled with meaningful, motivating activities like toys, books, music, and routines that make language learning feel natural and joyful.

We also incorporate specific strategies such as scaffolding language, modeling expanded phrases, using visuals, basic signs, and repetition to support understanding and expression. Each strategy is tailored to your child’s developmental level, interests, and learning style.

And we don’t do this alone—you’re part of the process. As a parent or caregiver, you’ll learn simple ways to support your child’s communication during everyday moments like mealtime, bath time, and play. We believe early intervention is most powerful when it’s a partnership.

It’s not just about more words—it’s about helping your child feel heard, connected, and confident in who they are and how they express themselves.

Speech & Language Therapy for School-Aged Children

Building confidence, clarity, and connection—in the classroom and beyond.

As children grow, the way they use language becomes more complex—and so do the challenges they may face. Whether it’s difficulty with speaking clearly, understanding instructions, expressing ideas, or connecting with peers, communication struggles can affect a child’s confidence, participation, and relationships.

At Little Speech Blessings LLC, we support school-aged children (typically ages 5 and older) who may be experiencing:

  • Difficulty pronouncing certain sounds (articulation or phonology)

  • Trouble organizing thoughts into clear sentences or stories

  • Challenges understanding classroom language (directions, vocabulary, questions)

  • Hesitation or anxiety with speaking due to stuttering or disfluency

  • Trouble making and keeping friends due to social communication difficulties

  • Difficulty with sequencing, planning, or expressing emotions

  • Early literacy struggles that impact reading and comprehension

  • Reliance on AAC (alternative/augmentative communication) and need support using it effectively

We take a whole-child approach, tailoring each session to your child’s strengths, interests, and goals. Therapy is structured yet flexible, and often play-based or project-based to keep it engaging. Whether we’re working on speech sounds, sentence structure, or social skills, we create a space where kids feel safe, supported, and capable.

You’ll also be an active part of the process. We partner with families to ensure strategies carry over into everyday life—whether that’s helping with homework, participating in class, making friends at recess, or speaking up with confidence at home.

Every child deserves to feel understood and valued for who they are.
We’re here to help them grow into confident communicators—at school, at home, and in their community.
